2022 Autumn Nations Series | England v South Africa

Both England and South Africa will be one of the favourites for the 2023 Rugby World Cup and therefore this will be important preparation to shape their 2023 Rugby World Cup squad. Can either team get the psychological upper hand in 2022.

England suffered a dismal Six Nations tournament in 2021, winning just 2 matches from 5 that included losses to Scotland, Ireland and Wales respectively. Wales went on to win the tournament and left England scratching their heads as the preparation for the 2023 World Cup continues to increase.
However England had a very successful Autumn International campaign back at a packed house at Twickenham in 2021. After seeing off Tonga, England played solid rugby to defeat Australia 32-15 and then in one of the best games ever witnessed at Twickenham, England beat the World Champions by one point! The score was 27-26 and Marcus Smith scored a last minute penalty to beat the Springboks, revenge for the 2019 World Cup final.
Witness all of the Guinness Six Nations and Autumn International matches at Twickenham Stadium in the next couple of years with Engage. Guests will be welcomed early into the heart of the stadium to enjoy superb hospitality and will mingle with our rugby legends before the match and listen to the pre-match views of our experts before taking their Official Hospitality seats for the game.
