England v Italy 2021 has been played in the Guinness Six Nations since Italy joined what was the 5 Nations tournament in 2000. That game saw England win 59-12 at the Stadio Flaminio in Rome. Italy are yet to beat England in their 26 attempts. However Italy have had notable victories against other sides in the tournament. Most remarkable was their opening match when they beat the reigning Six Nations Champions, Scotland, 34-20. Italy have recorded victories against Wales, Ireland and France. The Azzurri have come close against England on a number of occasions notably in a 15-19 defeat in 2012. Italy racked up 23 points against England at Twickenham Stadium in 2001 their record points score. However however England also notched up their own record with 80 points in reply to make it one of the highest scoring games ever at The Home of English Rugby.
