Product Description

Goodwood Festival of Speed is one of three events hosted within the 12,000 acres of Goodwood Estate in Sussex. Horseracing, motor racing, golf, flying, shooting & cricket have all been introduced by enthusiastic family members since the first Duke of Richmond came to Goodwood in 1697.

Founded in 1993 by Lord March, The Goodwood Festival of Speed was created  in order to bring motor racing back to the Goodwood estate — a location steeped in British motor racing history. Shortly after taking over the estate in the early 1990s, Lord March (who later became Duke of Richmond) wanted to bring back motor racing to Goodwood Circuit, but did not have the necessary permit to host a race there. Therefore, he instead hosted it on his own grounds.

Goodwood Festival of Speed is motorsport’s ultimate summer garden party, an intoxicating celebration of the world’s most glamorous sport. Nowhere else will you get as close to cars & bikes as they blast up the Hillclimb track. The Festival of Speed offers enthusiasts an unrivalled opportunity to get close to the action and to meet the great champions who gather at Goodwood each summer.

There are a variety of hospitality areas to entertain friends, family or clients in the heart of the action, whilst also getting close to the amazing array of cars in the paddocks.

The Clark Pavilion located on the dramatic Molecomb Corner, makes it arguably the best vantage point from which to watch all the action. Designed to be relaxed and stylish, the unique interior celebrates the life of its namesake, Jim Clark; British Formula One driver and twice world champion.

Experience the ultimate day at the Festival of Speed with a delicious breakfast, lunch and afternoon tea as well as unlimited champagne, wine, beer and soft drinks. A programme and ear piece radio will also be available on arrival. Contact Engage today to secure your place.
