Twickenham and the England Rugby Team have been closely associated for generations. Located in the South-West of London, Twickenham stadium is a once in a life time experience due to the unique and captivating atmosphere generated by the thousands and thousands of passionate England rugby fans. The fans get behind the team like no other and the national anthem and adopted songs such as ‘Swing Low, Sweet Chariot’ will be belted out in an attempt to get behind the team and players. The stadium is packed with history, including hosting two World Cup finals in 1991 and 2005.

One of London’s most iconic and historical areas, the Palace situated in South West London has hosted a wide variety of events including major concerts, festivals and garden based events.
Hampton Court Palace has quite the history with the first noted rebuilding plan at the palace coming in 1515. The infamous Henry VIII has a huge association with Hampton Court, spending many years there with his first wife Katharine of Aragon. From the mid 1500’s through until the mid 1700’s, the Palace stayed within the ownership of royalty, with William Shakespeare a notable famous performer.
In 1760, the King at that time George III abandoned Hampton Court Palace as a Royal residence, before Queen Victoria opened up the gardens to the public in 1838 free of charge and ever since then it’s been a spacious venue for events.
Back to 2021 and Hampton Court host two famous weeks that can be enjoyed by everyone. The Hampton Court Festival is around 8 days of music, with legends of the industry such as Lionel Richie, Tom Jones and Kylie Minogue all previous performers. Synonymous with football around the world, Wembley Stadium is a globally recognised venue that hosts the major club and international football in the country. FA Cup Finals, Euro Championship Finals, Carabao Cup Finals and England matches are played regularly at Wembley and the atmosphere generated, most recently evident throughout Euro 2020 is truly unrivalled throughout the world.
The original Wembley Stadium was first built in 1922 and hosted the countries most famous ever football match, the 1966 4-2 World Cup final victory against Germany. It would have been hard to imagine the iconic venue not existing but for four seasons between 2003 and 2007, the Old Wembley was knocked down and £800million later, the New Wembley was born.
Since then, Wembley has hosted a staggering amount of memorable events. The London Olympics in 2012 saw an array of football. The 2011 and 2013 Champions League final with Barcelona and Bayern Munich the victors. More recently, the incredible Euro 2020 matches as England beat Germany as well as England losing to Italy in the final on penalties.
Then there’s the first ever NFL match outside of America in 2007, with the Dolphins losing to the Giants, followed by over 15 more matches in-front of packed out stadiums. Boxing has also played a huge part in Wembley’s recent history as Froch and Groves battled in a heated rematch, followed by two stunning victories for Anthony Joshua against Klitscho and Povetkin respectively.
The list of incredible concerts at Wembley now is ridiculous and every year the stands are packed for the world’s greatest talent. The likes of Beyoncé, The Who, Adele, Spice Girls, Fleetwood Mac, Taylor Swift, Take That and Ed Sheeran have all graced the famous stage with memorable performances for their millions of fans.

As the Millennium Dome era passed, O2 turned the Greenwich venue into a multi-complex entertainment centre, that includes the brilliant O2 Arena. The O2 Arena is now one of the biggest concert venues in the world and pre-covid, was competing with the likes of Madison Square Garden for total tickets sold and visitors. There’s big names performing at The O2 on a weekly or sometimes nightly basis and if there’s a major artist travelling to the UK, they’re highly likely to play the London venue.
There’s an endless list of performers at the O2, but 2022 is looking set to be a huge year after the challenges for artists in the last two. Dua Lipa, Billie Eilish, Alicia Keys and The Weeknd are all confirmed, as well as Simply Red, UB40 and Diana Ross.
Like Wembley, the O2 mixes up it’s hospitality range that in the past has included the Nitto ATP Finals, plenty of major boxing fights and UFC.

Stamford Bridge is the home of Chelsea Football Club in West London, one of the top Premier League Football Clubs in the 21st century. Chelsea have been a prominent and well supported club throughout the majority of football history, particularly in the early 1900’s where it had an official standing capacity of around 100,000, competing with Crystal Palace at the time.
Chelsea won their first division one title in the 1954-1955 season under Ted Drake, who has played a significant part in the club’s history and his team that included Jimmy Greaves was dubbed ‘Drake’s Ducklings’. That would be their only league title all the way until the 21st century as the team battled in the first and second tier of England football throughout the rest of the 1900’s.
In stepped Russian billionaire Roman Abramovich and then manager Jose Mourinho to finally deliver the club sustained success and a regular spot battling for league titles and major honours. The West London club won their second Champions League in 2021, have added five league titles and continue to invest in their stadium, hospitality and playing squad on the pitch.
Watching this current Chelsea FC team in the flesh is a brilliant day out as superstars such as Romelu Lukaku, Mason Mount and Kai Havertz will regularly start for the Blues. One of the most prestigious tournaments in the world, Wimbledon will always be in the conversation for the biggest global events. Young tennis player’s dream to compete and win Wimbledon and only a select few have done so in the long history of the game. For the first time in 2022, the Championships, Wimbledon will be moving to a 14 day tournament instead of a 13 day tournament with the first Sunday not changing to a rest day, so an extra day of tennis will be welcomed by all parties.
The name tennis was derived from the French word ‘Tenez!’, meaning to hold or receive, which was shouted at players before they were serving to alert their opponent to be ready. The game continued to grow rapidly in popularity before the first official tournament was held at the All England Croquet and Lawn Tennis Club (AEC & LTC) in Wimbledon, London in 1877.
The wait for a men’s singles British Grand Slam champion in recent times was even longer with Fred Perry’s dominance in the 1930’s the last successful period to admire. Scotland’s Andy Murray made history when he finally secured the US Open title in 2012 before his memorable Wimbledon triumph in 2013 against Novak Djokovic. Both moments come under the category of the ‘where were you when…’ conversations.

More recently however it’s only cricket that is seen at The Oval as the venue regularly hosts international and domestic cricket.

The stunning new Tottenham Hotspur stadium is an absolute must to tick off on the list of corporate hospitality venues at London. Built in 2019, the venue has been built to comfortably host a variety of sports and events, outside of the regular Spurs fixtures.
The new arena was built on the same grounds as the old White Hart Lane stadium as Spurs played at Wembley for a couple of seasons while the construction works took place. The bowl shaped stadium is perfect for maximising hospitality opportunities and the modern options available for events are remarkable for fan engagement and experience.
Not only can you catch a Tottenham Hotspur game there, watching the likes of Harry Kane, Dele Alli and Heung-Min Son in full flow, but the stadium is already hosting some major events in the coming months and years. Anthony Joshua’s latest fight against Alexsandr Usyk is taking place in North London, whilst the whole NFL International Series will be there as well.
